Editor's note: Kairos is spotless. It is owned by two women who are meticulous about maintenance. Anything beyond their formidable host of skills has been done by top-shelf marine service providers, and in the case of the engine, by Hinckley itself. The new engine, along with the additional upgrades, places Kairos in it's own class.

Try this: pick any 30' Catalina on the market and add to its price, the cost of the new engine and other upgrades which would bring it to the level of Kairos and I'll bet the total is more than this asking price. Here's an opportunity to buy a "needs nothing" Catalina for less. There's nothing even to clean.

The vessel has been hauled for the winter and stored in Exeter, Rhode Island, where it is available for inspection..
